Visitor Services
In Golden, we offer visitor services year-round.
From the May long weekend through the end of September, you can visit the Golden Visitor Centre, where our Information Counsellors are available daily from 9 am to 5 pm to help you make the most of your experience in Golden. You can also contact us by phone or email.
During the winter season, visitor services are available at the Tourism Golden office, located at 611 10th Ave N, Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm.
Outside office hours, you can download the Golden BC destination app or browse our website for more information.
Golden Visitor Centre
The Golden Visitor Centre operates seasonally and is open daily from the May long weekend through the end of September, from 9 am to 5 pm, with extended hours until 7 pm during peak summer months.

Stop by to pick up trail maps and the Golden Travel Planner, or use our digital kiosks and free Wi-Fi to explore more information about Golden and the surrounding area.

Golden is a popular vacation destination, and we strongly recommend booking accommodations in advance, especially campsites during the high season and holiday weekends.
