New this year, we’re taking steps to reduce our footprint in nature — and you can help! Introducing Swag Swap: choose to skip your race swag, and we’ll redirect those funds towards Tree Canada. This not for profit has a strong reputation for planting and nurturing trees in urban and rural areas across Canada. Still want your swag but also want to give back? No problem — you’ll also have the option to donate separately!
Each participant will complete as many laps as they want in the 12-hour or 8-hr time frame. The Start/Finish of each lap is at the Keith King Memorial Park where the transition zone is comprised of team tents, timing tent and aid station.
There is plenty of parking on-site as well as washroom facilities.
Teams and Solo runners are encouraged to set up their own base camps in the transition zone,
bring whatever will make your day on the trails a success! Comfy chairs, banners, cowbells and
whatever makes it fun to hang out for the day. The course goes right through the transition zone
so you can cheer everyone on!
Team members will be responsible for keeping track of their laps at the Lap Table and of course
we'll help!
Solo Runners will have dedicated volunteers to help them track their laps as they pass by the Lap
Table.
