Long considered to be one of Canada’s best songwriters, Stephen Fearing is also celebrated for his virtuosic guitar skills and that warmly weather-beaten and expressive voice. And he has come a long way since his pure “folkie” days. Fearing’s tenure with the Rodeo Kings alongside bandmates Colin Linden and Tom Wilson has expanded his stylistic horizons, adding elements of country, Americana, and rock into his always thoughtful songs.

Over the years, Fearing has released 10 albums as a solo artist, impressive CDs featuring musical guests such as Richard Thompson, Bruce Cockburn, and Sarah McLachlan. His newest recording, 2017’s Every Soul’s a Sailor, has been getting stellar reviews internationally.
