Presented by Kicking Horse Culture, Summer Kicks is a FREE outdoor concert series featuring touring artists from across Canada alongside amazing local performers. Bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy live music, dancing, and community under the mountain sky.

Born at a late-night jam in a well-loved garage, the Honky Tonk Collective is what happens when you gather a crew of Golden, Parson, and valley locals who just can’t help but play.

This ever-growing gang of musicians spends their evenings trading licks and stories in Leah and Mike’s garage, where the beer’s cold, the amps are warm, and the tunes roll on long after the sun’s gone down. Fresh off a sold-out debut at EmberFest’s Grand Ole Opry, the Collective rolled in over 15 strong, bringing classic honky tonk tunes to life with a whole lot of boots-on-the-floor energy. No set lineup, no big egos, just a shared love of country music and the kind of magic that only happens when a community shows up to play. Catch ’em if you can… you never quite know who’ll be on stage, but you can bet it’ll feel like home.
