On June 17–18, the Second Annual Golden 24 went off in Golden, BC. The eight-hour and 24-hour races featured 500 riders from around Western Canada, racing solo and on relay teams.

THE GOLDEN 24 - EVENT RECAP

Part of the TransRockies Race Series, Golden 24 was held on a challenging 15km singletrack loop with over 500m of climbing per lap in the Mountain Shadows trail network at the base of Mount Seven. The course featured strenuous climbs, fast flowing descents, rocky technical sections, and an overpass bridge where the uphill Selkirk Slacker trail crosses the high-speed berms of Snake Hill.
