We offer registered massage therapy, manual osteopathic therapy, chiropractic, halotherapy (dry salt therapy), energy healing, mental health counselling, breathwork, somatic experiencing, doula services, transformational coaching and a place to reconnect to your soul through grounding and meditation.

Our halotherapy (dry salt therapy)/meditation room is a place where you can relax use the noise cancelling headsets, listen to a variety of guided meditations or relaxation music or use the space to get away from the hustle and bustle of life.
