The Golden BC Chapter of Trout Unlimited Canada is proud to host our first ever Freshwater Clean Up and Trash Derby!

When: Saturday, August 13th, 2022.

Registration will open at 10:00 am at Confluence Park or online via our Freshwater Clean Up & Trash Derby Facebook event (RSVP as ‘Going’ and we’ll count you in!)

The clean-up will run all day, just be sure to have your trash in to get sorted/weighed/judged back at Confluence Park between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm. Awards and prizes at 6:45 pm! The TUC Golden team will also have a BBQ by donation going from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

What: Freshwater Clean Up AND Trash Derby. Your collected trash will enter you in to win some sweet prizes. Stay tuned for the categories that the TUC Golden team will be judging!

Where: Any Freshwater in the Golden BC area is open to the Clean Up and Trash Derby. Registration, BBQ, trash judging/drop-off, and awards will all be located at Confluence Park (Fisher RD, Golden, BC).
