Northwest Ridge of Mt. Sir Donald: 3,297 metres (10,816 ft)

  • Located near Rogers Pass, 80 km west of Golden
  • First climbed on September 3, 1903 by Eduard Feuz, Christian Bohren and E.Tewes

Beckey-Chouinard Route on South Howser Tower: 3,364 metres (11,037 ft)

  • Located in Bugaboo Provincial Park – Purcell Mountains; southwest of Golden
  • First climbed in 1961 by Fred Beckey and Yvon Chouinard. 
  • Now one of the most coveted routes in the Bugaboos

East Ridge of Bugaboo Spire: 3,204 metres (10,512 ft)

  • Located in Bugaboo Provincial Park – Purcell Mountains; southwest of Golden
  • The spire was first climbed in 1916 by Conrad Kain
