The Canadian Mountain Running Championships are being hosted by Kicking Horse Mountain Resort this year. The event is 10km with 1050m elevation gain. The junior/master events will be 5km with 600m in elevation gain. The courses are a mix of double and single track. Expect the finish of the event to be cool and maybe with a bit of snow. 

Prizes will be awarded for the top three finishers in the open category. 

Runners must meet minimum qualification requirements.
